Vector One’s main aim is to satisfy clients’ needs by creating and developing a management system that continuously improves the activities implemented by the company’s employees.

Therefore, Vector One has decided to define, apply and maintain an active quality management system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 (2008 edition) rules.

Through its quality management system the company wants to meet customers’ needs, carry out its activities according to quality standards and upgrade its professional skills.

Vector One’s quality strategy respects current rules and regulations regarding environmental protection, hygiene and safety and satisfies customers’ needs by:

• Being up to date with occupational safety rules;
• Having adequate licenses for passenger road transport;
• Respecting the law Reg. CE 561/2006 regarding driving timetable and rest during the week before the departing day;
• Regularly doing medical examinations to drivers according to the national law n. 81/2008
• Having buses that:
           - Are adequate and comfortable for passengers and reliable under a mechanical point of view;
           - Are comfortable and have adequate services for people with disabilities;
           - Are yearly inspected by the national Department of Motor Vehicles;
           - Are provided with tachograph;
           - Have vehicle insurance;
           - Have fire extinguishers.

Through its quality management system Vector One guarantees continuous improvement of its performances by respecting current rules and regulations in order to constantly satisfy customers’ needs and expectations.
